We are not a taxi company, transport operator, or travel agency. All drivers listed on this platform are independent contractors who operate their own businesses.
2. No liability for transport services
MyArubaTransport.com acts solely as a platform to facilitate introductions between tourists and drivers. We are not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, or reliability of any transport service provided by a driver
- Any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages that occur during a journey
- Any disputes between tourists and drivers regarding bookings, payments, or services
- A driver’s failure to show up or complete a booking
Any agreement for transport services is made directly between the tourist and the driver. MyArubaTransport.com is not a party to that agreement.
3. Bookings and payments
Booking requests submitted through this website are sent directly to the driver. A booking is not confirmed until the driver acknowledges it. MyArubaTransport.com does not process or hold any payments. All payment arrangements, including pricing, payment methods, and cancellations, are agreed directly between the tourist and the driver.
4. Driver listings
Drivers listed on MyArubaTransport.com have applied to be included on the platform and have provided their own profile information. While we review applications before listing drivers, we do not independently verify all information provided by drivers, including their licenses, insurance, or vehicle details. We recommend that tourists exercise their own judgment when selecting a driver.
We reserve the right to remove any driver from the platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.
5. Driver applications
By submitting a driver application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee listing on the platform. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
6. User conduct
By using this website, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information through any form on the site
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the website
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyArubaTransport.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or any transport services arranged through it. Our total liability in any matter related to this website shall not exceed zero, as we provide this service free of charge to tourists.
